All vehicle road laws apply to our LSV Carts and Drivers. Renters responsible for any violations or loss while in possession of LSV cart.

LSV cart ignition keys are vehicle specific. $100 replacement fee charged to card on file for lost key.

Charging your Rental: All our carts operate with a standard 240v charge ELECTRIC lithium battery. A 9’ charging cord comes with your rental. You may add a heavy duty extension cord to your rental at check out. A $75 fee will be charged to the card on file for each unreturned charging or extension cord.

Age Restrictions

Renters must be 25 years old with a valid driver’s license, credit card and sign our rental liability waiver. A Renter may sign a rental liability waiver as the responsible guardian for a valid licensed driver 21-24 years. We will not deliver a rental vehicle without a liability waiver on file. A link to your waiver is embedded in the emailed receipt from NoReply@Indexic.com.

Delivery Details

Delivery Hours: default time is 12-5pm.

Pick-Up Hours: default time 9am-12pm.

All LSV carts delivered cleaned, sanitized and charged.

Liability waivers must be signed 1 day before delivery (see your emailed receipt for link from NoReply@Indexic.com).

Rental Carts cannot be picked up from our warehouse.

Please charge your LSV rental overnight to insure a full charge. Vehicles returned less than 90% charged incur a $100 fee to card on file.
